Some years ago my friend and his wife put my name in his will by saying that I'll take care of her daughter if something happens to parents and I signed the agreement with a lawyer. Now my friend has three children altogether and told me that if she and her husband died, children should not be separated, that means will be looking after them. Can he do that? I have signed an agreement for a child (full name, date of birth – specifically for that child), nothing mentioned in agreeing to their future children. I ask the lawyer, but is in Germany and leave for another 10 days (which are always on vacation!) And I said nothing to my friend about my concern. Someone can help me?
