Germany Vacation Days Work

as maintaining physical while on vacation?

I work out every other day. especially weight lifting. I've come a long way in my progress and I know that while I'm on vacation in Germany and France for two weeks I will lose some of my form. I do not want to lose muscle way because I'm at the point now where I think my physique is perfect. How I can maintain my physique as best I can while I'm here in Europe?? please help. I will make a lot of walking, but that does not help the shape of my upper body. the hotels I stay in the absence of fitness facilities in Europe and I will not buy extra weights. Also, I do not want out of my way to go to local gyms

First, I'm glad you're not lifting weights every day. Very clever. Can you take a weight with you, and do one side at a time? If that is too heavy, it may be worth buying a dumbbell in each country. Or why not go to a gym every day? Have a wonderful trip! Do not forget to have the time of your life!
