What should I do for a weekend in March in Europe? I live in Germany, I would leave here for a few days.

I'm not interested in spending lot of money. I need tips for traveling on a budget and the best place to go for only two nights and three days. I can drive or fly, if the price is right. Places of my friend and I are particularly interested in are Belgium, Poland and Austria, but we're open to anything. We enjoy a vacation that includes culture, shopping, and a decent nightlife (we are in our early 20s and like to party). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, Austria a new railway ticket discount. It is similar to Germany Schoene Wochenende-Ticket (Happy Weekend Ticket), which is only valid on all days of the week 9 am. At least two people need to travel on it.
